ABOUT ISTA-AM 2025

Additive manufacturing (AM), or 3D printing, has transformed engineering and design through the production of complex geometries and tailored products that traditional methods could not easily achieve. Component and product fabrication through AM benefit from novel design opportunities unlocked by this technology. It allows designers and engineers to produce highly customized objects with intricate forms, textures, and details, applicable to a wide range of applications (aerospace, automotive, biomedical, energy systems, civil engineering, architecture, consumers products, etc.). AM also streamlines prototyping and iteration, which cuts down the time and expense associated with conventional manufacturing and design workflows.

Building on these and on the success of the previous conference in 2024, ISTA-AM (International Conference on Science, Technology and Applications of Additive Manufacturing) 2025 invites researchers to share their latest work that pushes the boundaries of science, technology, and application of AM. We welcome your abstract and paper submissions to contribute to the advancement of additive manufacturing.

ISTA-AM 2025 is jointly organized and co-located with 9th ICADME (International Conference on Application and Design in Mechanical Engineering) 2025 in Jakarta, Indonesia and online (Hybrid Conference).
